There is still no information for the missing girl...
I complained 2 weeks ago. China post said if I haven't got reply for my inquiring for a month, they will refund me.
I asked inquiring on 11 Aug. Then, it's nearly a month.
I asked the express agent yesterday if he is going to refund me.
He said he don't know, they just let he wait.
Then, I asked if he admits what China Post said to me.( one month limited)
He said he don't know, they just let he wait.
I'm a bit angry with his answer. Under my persisted, he admited that he is just a secondary agent. There is another agent between China Post and me!
It becomes more and more complex and it seems this secondary agent doesn't have ability or just doesn't have a sense of responsibility to ask refund for me.

BTW, in fact, I found a standard announced by State Post Bureau of China. It said express must pay for the lost if they don't ship a international parcel successfully in 10 days.
When I ask China Post about the standard two weeks ago, they said they don't know...and what's more, they said, this standard mentioned 'express', but EMS is SUPER express, so this standard is not fit for EMS.
...How humorous they are!

The express said if they found it return back, he will give it to me, but no refund of shipping fee.- -||| I phoned primary agent this morning, she wanted me to wait 3 months! I think it's not reasonable. Then, she said she will ask Post office and let me wait for their reply...Anyway, I can just wait a month since I ask for inquiring.
